Abstract
Magnetooptical Kerr effect in hydrogen implanted garnet films is studied vs. temperature for different depth from the sample surface after 785 °C annealing. The observed depth-dependent oscillatory structure of Kerr rotation vs. temperature and reduction of anisotropy field indicates that some implantation defects are not healed at this annealing temperature.
