Abstract
We compare the effects of spin fluctuation and electron-phonon interaction on the temperature dependence of spin susceptibility of a metal and find the sizes of these two effects are generally of the same order. In the spin fluctuation effect, however, a difficulty seems to arise with the large contribution of the zero point oscillation.
