MÖSSBAUER STUDY OF RT2Si2 ALLOYS (R = Dy, Er ; T = Ru, Rh)

Abstract
161Dy and 166Er Mössbauer measurements on RRu2Si2 and RRh2Si2 (R = Dy, Er) are reported. The results obtained from RRu2Si2 suggest a complete (Dy) or partial (Er) squared modulated spin structure. Local R moments and second and fourth - order CEF parameters are estimated.
