Abstract
The cubic Laves phase compound Ce (Fe0.85Al0.15)2 is an antiferromagnet with a Néel temperature of 142 K. The antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic transition is induced by the application of magnetic fields. The magnetization process up to 240 kOe was measured between 4.5 K and room temperature.
