On discute le mécanisme fondamental de la bistabilité optique dans les amplificateurs laser à semiconducteur et révise le "state-of-the-art" actuel des études théoriques et expérimentaux.
Abstract
The basic physical mechanism of OB in semiconductor laser amplifiers is discussed and a review given of the current state-of-the-art in theoretical and experimental studies.
