THE CVV AUGER SPECTRA OF CHLORO (METHYL) - SILANES IN GAS PHASE

Résumé
Nous présentons les spectres éléctroniques expérimentals CVV Auger de Carbone, Silicium et Chlore dans la série (CH3)n SiCl4-n (n=0,4). Pour le membre de série avec n=4, nous avons fait en plus une analyse théorique de la forme spectrale qui permet de comprendre les structures principales sans calculs trop étendus et sans paramètres ajustables.
Abstract
The experimental CVV Auger electron spectra of Carbon, Silicon and
Chlorine in the series (CH3)nSiCl4-n (n=0,4) are reported. For the n=4 member of
the series we also provide a theoretical analysis of the lineshape that allows to
understand the main features without extensive computation and with no adjustable
parameters.
