Abstract
In the present work a number of alloys based on Cr and Nb with Si and B have been prepared by ball-milling and the phases obtained which may be either disordered solutions, intermetallic compounds or amorphous phases, examined. The relationship between the complexity of the crystallographic structure of the compounds and the phases obtained has been discussed.
