LE PHOTOCOURANT DANS BSO EXCITÉ PAR DES IMPULSIONS LASER PICOSECONDES

Abstract
The experimental study of the photocurrent produced in a BSO crystal by a picosecond laser light pulse reveals the existence of very fast traps near the conduction band. These traps can explain the low efficiency and long rise time of the memory effect in BSO excited in the picosecond range.
