Résumé
La dépendance thermique des champs d'évaporation des métaux dans une gamme de 20 K à 150 K a été examinée en termes de processus d'activation thermique.
Abstract
Temperature dependence of the evaporation fields of metals in a range from 20 K to 150 K was examined in terms of the thermally activated process.
