Résumé
On décrit une méthode locale d'imagerie photothermique qui ne nécessite ni contact matériel, ni cellule fermée. On discute des applications à la caractérisation de microstructures dans les solides.
Abstract
A localized method of photothermal imaging is presented which requires no material contact with the sample and no enclosed cell. Applications to microstructural characterization of solids are discussed.
