Résumé
On généralise le concept de saturation photothermique à la détection par déflexion photothermique et à l'excitation localisée. On traite la saturation photoacoustique comme cas spécial.
Abstract
The concept of photothermal saturation is generalized to include photothermal deflection detection and localized excitation. Photoacoustic saturation is treated as a special case.
