TIME RESOLVED PHOTOLUMINESCENCE SPECTRA OF SPUTTERED a-Si:H

Abstract
We report measurements of the time resolved photoluminescence spectra of sputtered a-Si : H. The sample and excitation energy dependence of Ep(t), the peak energy of the spectrum as a function of time, for 10-8 < t < 10-4s is discussed.
