APPLICATION OF FIELD VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE TO SMM DIAGNOSTICS OF AXISYMMETRIC PLASMA

Abstract
We present the development of submillimeter (SMM) diagnostics for inhomogeneous plasma under conditions of strong refraction [1-3], started earlier by the local probing [4] of moving UHF discharge [5]. Here is described the field visualization technique for quiescent plasma, based on registration of the probing field phase-amplitude distribution.
