MEASUREMENT OF A MAGNETIC AFTER-EFFECT IN THE INTERMETALLIC COMPOUND CoGa

Résumé
Un effet magnétique secondaire a été étudié dans le composé intermétallique CoGa après avoir été trempé à la température du laboratoire et recuit ensuite. Les enthalpies de migration des lacunes ont été déterminées pour cinq compositions de 48 à 56 at % Co de la dépendance de la température de la mobilité des défauts.
Abstract
A magnetic after-effect, after quenching to room temperature and subsequent annealing, was measured in the intermetallic compound CoGa. From the temperature dependence of the defect mobility, vacancy migration enthalpies were deduced for five compositions in the range of 48-56 at % Co.
