INTENSITY CORRELATIONS IN MICRODIFFRACTION FROM "AMORPHOUS" MATERIALS

Abstract
Using 500-atom clusters representing various amorphous structures, we have computed diffracted intensities and intensity angular correlations which might be observed in STEM. Appreciable differences were found between structures with the same RDF. Preliminary experiments are reported.
